Make the Right Decision for Your Roof
Roof Replacement for When Repair or Restoration Isn’t the Right Fit
Replacing your roof is a major investment, and you deserve honest guidance about whether it’s really the right move for your home. We don’t push replacement when restoration or repair will do the job, but when your roof has genuinely reached the end of its useful life, we’ll carry out the work properly using quality materials, with transparent pricing and no surprises.
Quality Installation
We install in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications so your new roof performs as designed and your warranties remain valid. Every step of the installation is done correctly, not just the parts you can see.
Premium Materials
There are plenty of shingle options to match your budget, your home’s style, and your durability expectations. We’ll walk you through what’s available and help you choose what makes sense for your home, without upselling you on things you don’t need.
Straightforward Recommendations
We only suggest replacement when repairs or restoration no longer make practical sense based on your roof’s actual condition. If there’s a better option for your situation, we’ll tell you about it first.
Comprehensive Warranties
Shingles come with a manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty. Our labor is covered separately, with up to a 20-year labor warranty, depending on the product and installation type. You’ll have it all in writing before we start.

What to Expect with Your Service
A Detailed Assessment of Your Roof
Before we talk replacement, we take a thorough look at what’s actually going on. You’ll get a clear picture of your roof’s condition and an honest recommendation on whether replacement is genuinely the right move.
We assess the full condition of your existing roof
We look at shingle age and condition, the state of the decking underneath, flashing, ventilation, and any existing damage. This gives us a full picture of what we’re working with and what the new roof needs to address.
We help you choose the right materials for your home and budget
There’s a wide range of shingle options available at different price points and performance levels. We’ll walk you through what makes sense for your home, your climate exposure, and what you’re looking to spend without pushing you toward the most expensive option.
You get a detailed, upfront quote before any work begins
Your quote will break down materials, labor, disposal, and anything else involved in the job. No surprises when the bill arrives. If the scope changes once we’re into the work, we’ll discuss it with you before proceeding.
New Roof Installation Using Only High-Quality Materials
We tear off the old roof, inspect and repair the decking where needed, and install your new roof correctly from the bottom up. No shortcuts, and no skipped steps.
The old roof is removed, and the decking is inspected
Once the old material is off, we inspect the roof deck thoroughly. Any soft spots, rot, or water-damaged sections are repaired before the new roof goes on. A solid deck is the foundation on which everything else depends.
Underlayment, flashing, and ventilation are installed correctly
A proper installation isn’t just about the shingles. We install the moisture barrier, drip edge, and flashing correctly so your roof performs the way it’s supposed to and your warranty stays intact.
Shingles are installed to the manufacturer’s specifications
We follow manufacturer installation guidelines precisely. This matters because improper installation can void your shingle warranty even if the materials themselves are high quality. We don’t cut corners on the details.
You Get a New Roof, a Clean Property, and Comprehensive Warranties
When we’re done, your property is cleaned up, the old materials are hauled away, and you’ve got a new roof backed by both manufacturer and labor warranties.
Your labor and manufacturer’s warranties are issued on completion
You’ll receive documentation for both your shingle manufacturer’s warranty and our labor warranty, which covers up to 20 years, depending on the product installed. Everything is in writing before we close out the job.
All debris and old materials are removed from your property
We haul away all the old roofing material, underlayment, and any installation debris. Your yard, driveway, and landscaping are cleaned up before we leave, including a magnetic sweep for nails and fasteners.
Financing options are available if you need them
A full roof replacement is a major expense. We offer 2 years at 0% interest and low long-term payment options so you can get the roof your home needs without putting it off because of the upfront cost.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Roof Replacement Services
How do I know if my roof actually needs replacing or if it can be repaired or restored?
That’s exactly the right question to ask, and it’s one we take seriously. If your roof is structurally sound and the damage is contained, repair or Roof Maxx restoration might add years of life to your roof for a fraction of the cost. If your shingles are past the point of no return across the whole roof, or there’s widespread decking damage, replacement is the more practical long-term option. We’ll give you an honest assessment when we come out, and we won’t recommend replacement if something else makes more sense.
How long does a full roof replacement take?
Most residential replacements are completed in one to two days. Larger roofs or jobs that involve significant decking repair may take a little longer. We’ll give you a realistic timeline before we start so you can plan around it.
What shingle options are available?
We work with a range of shingle products from reputable manufacturers at different price and performance levels. The most popular choice for Florida homes is architectural (dimensional) shingles, which offer better wind resistance and a longer lifespan than traditional 3-tab. We’ll walk you through the options that make sense for your home and budget.
Do you offer financing for roof replacements?
Yes. We offer 2 years at 0% interest and low long-term payment options, so you’re not forced to delay a necessary replacement because of the upfront cost. Ask us about financing when you get your quote.
What warranties come with a new roof?
Your new roof will be covered by two warranties: the shingle manufacturer provides a limited lifetime warranty on the materials themselves, and we provide a separate labor warranty covering up to 20 years on the installation. Both will be documented and handed to you on completion of the job.
Let’s Get You a New Roof
We’ll come out, give your roof a proper assessment, and walk you through your options with honest pricing. No pressure, no upsells, just the information you need to make the right call.
